ASPEN RETREAT

This stunning Aspen chalet has the ideal mixture of soft and hard finishes to create a relaxing neutral space. The focal wall features a wood burning fireplace surrounded by concrete and mosaic tile with a balance of wood cabinetry flanking on either side. 

It's all about the Tub!

What started with the ever classic claw foot tub has now transformed new shapes, sizes and styles of free standing, soaker tubs to the world of design. A great soaker tub is an essential for all homes. Not only is it a luxurious experience in your own home but it is a stunning piece of furniture that lends itself to great design.

 From square to oval, free standing tubs come in a variety of shapes and sizes to suite the needs of the space and the client.

To add glitz and glam to your tub, faucets can be the perfect accessory. From a traditional shining chrome, wall mounted faucet to a contemporary, muted, brushed nickel floor mounted faucet and hose, there are endless possibilities that will add the perfect touch to your free standing tub.

Remember to consider the design style you would like to achieve when selecting the tub to ensure you will enhance the overall look and feel of your bathroom retreat!

There is nothing better than adding a pop to any room with a striking pattern. Here are a few easy ways to add pattern to your space!

Wallpaper

Wallpaper is one of my favorite ways to add a beautiful pattern! Choose a bold pattern that will create a statement in your room.

Tile

To make a subtle statement, select a plain tile and lay it in a unique way, such as the herringbone subway tile!

Accessories & Fabrics


Add pattern with accessories, rugs, pillows and curtains to add a pop that can easily be changed out! Don't be afraid of layering patterns! The more patterns, the more interest.

Tiled Showers

Wood grain tile creates a striking, contemporary texture in this very masculine shower. With its dark colour tones and simplistic design, this glass shower screams masculine retreat.

Light and bright marble subway tiles are the perfect compliment to the basket weave classic floor tile. Hints of traditional elegance makes this shower a perfect pair for any woman.

Eclectic Texas Home

  A Neo-Prairie style home in the heart of Austin, Texas designed for the Parade of Homes. Modern exterior lines with contrasting rustic stone finishes make this home a stunning sight amidst the desert landscape.

Geometric wall moldings give interest to the boring white walls and pops of citrus yellow, grey, black and white throughout the entire interior create a cohesive overall design. The beautiful light fixtures chosen for the home are whimsically oversized and pull the very tall ceilings down to a comfortable level.

River Home Finishes

This soft, warm grey palette was just what we were after in my client's custom home build, located on the river in Paris, Ontario. These finishes have the perfect elements to designing a modern/ rugged interior with the handscraped hardwood plank flooring, hexagon carrara marble shower floor mosaic, classic polished white subway tile and the textured subway tile flooring.
