This trendy, industrial console table may look like an expensive designer piece BUT it is actually hand made by my better half. I really love the look of a rustic reclaimed wood top with a mix of metal legs & everywhere I looked it was either out of the budget or it wasn't exactly what I had in mind. My solution to this was to have it custom made.
I drew out an exact design of my vision & had my handy man construct it using 1" pipe black (used for natural gas line) and 12" wide white pine plank. I then used a walnut coloured stain and added some ebony coloured ageing to give it a reclaimed wood look. It is that easy & it really creates a statement!
